James,
I want to thank you and your staff for the great job you did on my claim for the damages in 2005 from hurricane Wilma. I will definately refer you to all my friends and family.

To whom it may concern,
I had a tornado destroy my home in TN. The insurance adjuster visited the loss and told me that I have a total loss.
Do I still need a Public Adjuster to assist me.

Even with the offer of a total loss you may be entitled to additional coverages under the insurance policy. Additionally, the extent of the offer may only be on the dwelling and not on your personal property.
Furthermore, an offer is just an offer until you receive payment.

Yours,
James B. Owens
